An opportunity has now arisen within the Legal and Compliance Division of Morgan Stanley for a 1 year temporary compliance staff (Analyst) position in our Seoul office. The candidate will have to be a university graduate with industry knowledge in the financial services space with 0 – 1 year experience in the financial market.

[Job Description]

- Receiving and registering official letters from FSS, KRX, and etc.

- Processing and responding to financial record request from FSS, KRX, NTS, Court and etc. and maintaining the log accordingly

- Arranging and maintaining compliance training and its record

- Processing compliance and legal expenses and invoices

- Supporting overall record keeping required tasks in a timely manner

- Supporting the preparation and submission of regular regulatory reports

- Assisting overall compliance and legal operation and logistics

- Supporting overall audit/inspection document preparation and evidence maintenance in compliance with Korea regulations

- Consolidating and maintaining employee trading statements

- Assisting with ad hoc translation
